Sunflower Seeds
Raw Sunflower Seeds provide a wealth of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of Vitamin E, Magnesium, and Copper. They also provide Iron, Zinc, and some Calcium. They are low in saturated fat and are a good source of dietary fiber.
Add them to porridge drizzled in honey, include them when baking muffins, health bars and breads or eat them as an anytime snack.
